You are responsible for all activities or actions that occur under your account, whether you authorize them or not. LetterLab.io will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Payments and Fees

Access to the cover letter generated by LetterLab.io requires a payment through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

• All fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• You agree to pay any applicable taxes and charges that may apply to your use of the Services.
• LetterLab.io reserves the right to change fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you before your next billing cycle or purchase.

5. Use of the Services

You agree to use LetterLab.io solely for its intended purpose, which is generating cover letters based on the information you provide. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload any false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Access or use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

6. User-Provided Content

By providing your resume and job description to LetterLab.io, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights to upload and use the content.
• The content does not violate any applicable laws, rights of third parties, or these Terms.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. However, by using the Services, you grant LetterLab.io a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of generating your cover letter.

7. AI-Generated Content

The cover letters generated by LetterLab.io are based on AI algorithms and the information provided by the user. While we strive to provide high-quality content, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the cover letters. LetterLab.io is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of the generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, design, logos, and software, are the property of LetterLab.io or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

9. Termination of Services

LetterLab.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
